Submitted July 2008: In August 2003 I attended a Warren Borsjé weekend seminar. Initially, the cost of the seminar concerned me, but I figured if I came away with information about how to escape my ' hamster on a wheel ' lifestyle then it would be £2000 well spent.

To say my life has changed dramatically since then would be an understatement. I now have a £2 million property portfolio which was achieved by following, step by step, Warren's programme. The properties are, primarily, Victorian flats which I refurbished, remortgaged and moved onto the next.
